Before training with Jacob, I was struggling with improving my lower body strength for injury prevention. I lacked a specific and well-tuned program of relevant exercises for me that would complement Australian rules football. I was just free-styling and doing what I wanted. 

 

Jacob gave me an idea of my strengths and weaknesses, and thus what I need to focus on. He also gave me an idea of what a professional training schedule should look like through pre-season and in-season. 

 

Although not training with Jacob for a long time, I had strength improvements within that period of time and continue to utilise the wisdom and knowledge he shared with me. I feel stronger and more educated. I am now signed with Hawthorn AFLW.
