Richmond AFLW High Performance Manager ~ Eliza Morrison

Additionally, she discussed her athletic journey, from basketball, to running, to playing footy, and her future aspirations.

 

Jacob and Eliza engaged in a discussion about their experiences and preferences in working with women in strength and conditioning programs, with a focus on program development and client engagement. They also discussed planning training sessions, particularly focusing on merging speed and agility sessions for in-season training.
