Before training with Jacob, I wanted to improve my speed in longer races.

I was running to a plan but my strength and conditioning was all over the place. This probably explains why I had an injury in the lead up to my previous event. 

After training with Jacob I feel fitter and faster than during my training last year. 

I'm now close to beating all my PB's and I can run over 18 hills consistently. My running form has changed completely and I never get sore knees. 

I feel good. I'm feeling stronger than ever in both my running and in my S&C. 

Training used to be boring but I look forward to all my training sessions now.
