Long Distance Runner

Before training with Jacob, I was struggling with a running training program.

Not having the professional knowledge of a running program appropriately planned for my age and fitness level was preventing me from getting to where I wanted to be. 

Before training with Jacob I doing bootcamp 6 times a week, Pilates twice a week, and 1 long run and 3 short runs each week. 

I felt like I was missing balance with my training, support and encouragement. 

Training with Jacob absolutely impacted the results I was getting. My fitness level has greatly improved and I now have a great balance of exercises. Jacob personalised my fitness program to suit my age, fitness level and lifestyle. I am now achieving my running goals. 

My breathing technique and running technique has improved now that I have an appropriate personalised training program to achieve my goals. 

I now feel motivated, determined to achieve my goals and do the best I possibly can. Importantly, I feel supported. Jacob is such a genuine, caring person who pushes you through to achieve your goals and dreams.
